Brooke Brandeberry, MS, CN, LMHCA

Brooke is a Certified Nutritionist (CN) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who believes that nutrition is paramount to health, happiness, and balance. Her approach consists of using her training in both science and counseling to provide her clients with expert nutritional counseling within a safe space, using food as a foundation to achieve wellness.

Brooke completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA, and then continued her education at Bastyr University, graduating with a master of science degree in nutrition and clinical health psychology.  It was there she adopted the philosophy that there’s no separating the body and the mind. By focusing on the whole person, her clients are able to achieve positive change with their health by focusing on their strengths, areas of growth, barriers to change, social support, cognitive beliefs, and core emotions and needs.

Brooke sees clients for a wide range of nutritional challenges, but currently focuses on the following areas:

  • Childhood and family nutrition
  • Chronic conditions: Diabetes, blood sugar issues, high cholesterol, high blood pressure
  • Weight management
  • Emotional Eating
  • Mental Health Disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, and sleep disturbances

In her personal time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her furry companion (dog), exercising, crafting, and finding new recipes to try in the kitchen.
