We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Gretchen Gruender, MS, RDN, CSO. Gretchen completed a Master of Science in Nutrition at Bastyr University and has been practicing for over 12 years, most recently as a clinical oncology dietitian at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. She will see oncology nutrition clients, focusing on survivorship and prevention, as well as clients diagnosed with chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Gretchen has spent more than a decade working with people striving to make positive lifestyle changes. As a specialist in oncology nutrition, she is prepared to help at all stages of their journey with cancer whether they are in treatment, out of treatment, or working on prevention. Gretchen knows that each person brings their own individual story and she enjoys finding ways to help her clients make whole foods a part of how they achieve their goals.

In her free time, Gretchen enjoys trying new recipes in her kitchen, gardening, hiking around Washington, yoga, or spending time with her two young boys.

Gretchen sees clients Tuesdays and Thursdays and is accepting new clients.
