Amanda is an integrative and functional medicine nutritionist and a Bastyr University graduate with a Masters degree in clinical nutrition. She has over 15 years experience as a certified nutritionist, program director, product developer, speaker and mother. 

Her approach to nutrition is focused on empowering people to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle supported by good nutrition, stress management, movement, and healthy relationships. She believes that everyone is unique in their approach to nutrition and offers her clients the right tools, knowledge and strategies to help them overcome obstacles and regain their health.  Amanda is skilled at working with a wide range of people from executives and parents, to athletes and artists, and anyone who loves to eat and wants to learn. Her whole foods therapeutic approach, targeted supplemental use, and mind- body modalities are the key to her practice. When not with her clients you will find her most days in her kitchen cooking for her family, creating new recipes, or sweating through a work out! 

In addition to her nutrition expertise, Amanda received a certified personal chef certificate from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York. She loves using her culinary skills to help improve and heal people’s relationship with food and cooking.

She truly enjoys making people laugh (especially at herself) and feels she learns as much from her clients as they do from her.
