Asian Stir-Fry with Whole-Wheat Linguine
This recipe is a good way to make the switch from white pasta to whole-grain varieties that offer more fiber and protein. This dish also tastes great as a cold noodle salad.
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat, pan will start to smoke.
  3. Add onion and move it around briskly in the pan for 30 seconds. Add carrot and repeat for 30 seconds. Add celery and bok choy stalks and keep mixing briskly for 30 seconds. Add pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger and repeat for about 20 seconds.
