Raw Vegan Caesar Dressing
This dressing would be good on romaine lettuce for a traditional Caesar salad or in a massaged kale salad for a hearty twist.

black peppercorns

maple syrup

“Parmesan”

pumpkin seeds

cup
nutritional yeast
Dash or two of
sea salt
Instructions
To make dressing, blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
To make parmesan topping, process all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly like parmesan cheese.
Use dressing on your choice of greens and sprinkle the “parmesan” on top.
