Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce cream cheese , packaged
- 1 15 ounce pumpkin puree , canned (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt , to taste
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cacao nibs , to top (optional)

Instructions
- In a mixer, blend cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until whipped and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
- Taste and adjust the sweetener to your liking.
- Pipe into serving glasses and top with cacao nibs.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
