This low-carb, rich dessert will leaving you feeling full and satisfied! This mousse can also make a delicious frosting for your holiday treats. If you don’t have pumpkin spice you can use equals amounts of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

  1. In a mixer, blend cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until whipped and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetener to your liking.
  4. Pipe into serving glasses and top with cacao nibs.
  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
