basil leaves
loosely packed fresh, washed

cloves
garlic

pumpkin seeds
toasted
2/3

extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
If the pesto is too thick, thin with water as necessary.
