Ingredients
Base
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp coconut butter , or coconut manna (cream concentrate)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Mint Chip Flavor
- 2 tsp mint extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened, for coating
Chocolate Orange Flavor
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 orange , zested (set aside 1 tbsp for coating)
- 2 tbsp coconut shredded, for coating

Instructions
- Place the coconut oil, coconut butter, almond butter, and pure vanilla extract into a bowl, and combine until smooth. Add your selected flavor ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
- The mixture will be soft, so place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until you can form the batter into 1-inch balls with your hands. Roll each ball in the coating for your flavor.
- Set the truffles on a plate on a plate, and refrigerate to solidify. Serve chilled.
Recipe Notes
Make double the base if you want to make both flavors at once!
