- 1 1/2 cups almond meal (ground almonds)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (white or black)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
- Cut two pieces of parchment paper about the size of your baking sheet. Place the dough between the two sheets and roll out to 1/8" thick. Peel off the top layer and place the bottom layer with the dough on the cookie sheet. With a knife or pizza cutter, score the dough into the desired cracker size.
- Bake in oven until golden brown, being careful not to over-bake.
