Ingredients

dried arame
(1.76 ounces)

red pepper
cut into thin strips

scallions
finely chopped
1/4
cup
sesame oil
toasted

tablespoons
fresh lemon juice
2
tablespoons
coconut aminos
or Braggs
1
cup
kale
blanched and chopped
1
cup
shelled edamame
cooked
Instructions
Soak arame in a medium-sized bowl with just enough cold water to cover for 20-30 minutes.
Drain the liquid (save the water for your plants).
Add the remaining ingredients (minus kale and edamame) and toss gently.
Toss in chopped, blanched kale and shelled edamame, mix well.
