- 1 cup coconut kefir
- 1 cup blueberries , fresh or frozen
- 1/2 avocado , flesh only
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 5-7 drops liquid stevia , optional

Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add water, a few tablespoons at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
