Bok Choy Salad
One of the simplest salads and dressings out there. Made in 4-5 minutes, this will soon be a favorite summer or winter salad.

Ingredients
Dressing

tablespoon
sesame oil

tablespoon
tamari

tablespoon
honey
Salad

small
baby bok choy heads
chopped
1
red
or yellow pepper, sliced into strips
1/4
cup
pumpkin seeds
toasted (or 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted)
Instructions
Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl, blend well and set aside.
Add all salad ingredients to dressing, toss well and serve.
