- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 4 tablespoons lime juice , fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower until cooked but not mushy, 5-8 minutes.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
- Add cauliflower and process until smooth.
