Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter, ghee, or olive oil
- 30 grams scallions, finely sliced (2 CHO)
- 120 grams chicken, cubed (2 PRO)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste (2 CHO)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (1 CHO)
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- chili powder to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sea or rock salt

Instructions
- Heat the butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the scallions and cook, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook, stirring frequently for another 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a cup, mix together the water, tomato paste, heavy cream, and spices. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
