Ingredients
- 2 scallions sliced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 cup cilantro fresh
- 1/2 cup mint
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon freshly juiced
- 2 tablespoons brown rice syrup or maple syrup
- salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Combine scallions, garlic and salt in a food processor and blend until everything is minced up.
- Add the cilantro, mint, and parsley and pulse until it’s all minced down.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, brown rice syrup, salt and pepper. Process again, with machine running, slowly add water until desired consistency
