- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 dates , pitted
- 1 tablespoon pecans
- stevia , to taste
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
