- 12.5 grams almonds , silvered
- 1 teaspoon butter
- cinnamon , to taste
- 30 grams cottage cheese , low-fat
- 1/2 pack Dannon yogurt
- 11.7 grams fresh strawberries , chopped
- Add butter to a skillet and add the almonds. Toast slightly. Once toasted, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Transfer the spiced almonds to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
