- 2 eggs , cooked any way
- 1/4 piece Kavli bread
- 20 grams mushrooms , sliced
- 20 grams onions , sliced
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- garlic powder , to taste
- onion powder , to taste
- sea salt and black pepper , to taste
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet and add the mushrooms and onions. Cook until mushrooms are tender and onions are translucent. Season to your liking.
- In another skillet, cook egg as desired.
- Line the bread with a bed of vegetables, and top with the egg.
