Place all ingredients except for the salt, basil, and water into the blender and process until the almonds and seeds are finely ground and the mix is smooth. Add water, about 1/4 cup or so, and blend, checking for consistency and adding more water, as needed, to get the dressing to a desired consistency.
Add the basil and a little salt and blend in. Taste and add more basil/salt as needed.
