Ultra Lite “Mayonnaise”
Instructions
To make the mayo*:
  1. Mix all ingredients until desired consistency is obtained.
For the deviled eggs:
  1. Peel the boiled eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolk.
  2. Mix the yolk with lemon juice, mayo, and mustard. Gradually add Ultra Lite packet and mix until well blended.
  3. Put the mixture back into the egg whites, and sprinkle with Lite Salt and/or pepper to taste.
Recipe Notes

*This mayo recipe serves 1, and contains .5 grams of carbs and 1/2 portion of protein.  Use the remaining mayo as a dip or spread for vegetables.  The oil and vinegar can count as your daily requirement.  The packet counts as 1 of your 4 for the day unless otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.
