Fit your food processor with a steel blade and add the lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, garlic, water, and sea salt. Add green garbanzo beans on top of other ingredients, then process for about 1 minute, or until the hummus is to your desired consistency.
Taste for seasoning and add more lemon juice, tahini, or salt if desired. If the hummus seems too thick, add water to thin it out.
Serve cold or room temperature, with a little olive oil drizzled on top if desired.
