- 2 to 3 large Medjool dates
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 lime juiced
- sea salt to taste

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon dulse flakes to boost electrolytes.
- If you prefer a smoother drink, strain out any pulp.
