Basic Miso Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons oil (any neutral oil)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons miso white
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Citrus Miso Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger freshly grated
- 1/4 cup lemon freshly juiced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon miso paste white

- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Taste, adjust seasoning as necessary, and serve.
