- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 cup green olives , pimento stuffed, chopped
- 1 cup black olives , pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup red peppers , sweet, roasted and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup basil , fresh, packed
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions
- In a small food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Allow to sit overnight in refrigerator for best flavor.
