Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, orange zest, and sweetener. Set aside.
  2. Steam the carrots and the cabbage until tender.
  3. Combine the steamed vegetables, cooked pork, and sauce in a non-stick skillet. Over medium-low heat, toss to coat everything with sauce (just 1-2 minutes). Remove from the heat and stir.
