Salmon and Veggie Spread

Instructions
  1. Chop all the veggies in a mini prep food processor until they are finely chopped.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the veggies, salmon, salt, olive oil, and honey (optional); blend until desired consistency. May also add the salmon to the food processor bowl and “pulse” to combine.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or over your favorite flat bread recipe.
