- 120 grams salmon fillet (2 PRO)
- 2 tablespoons tamari (2 CHO)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- a few sprigs cilantro

Instructions
- Place salmon fillet on top of parchment paper in a baking dish. Season with tamari, sesame oil, and cilantro. Wrap the salmon in the parchment paper, stapling the folds at either side to seal them closed. Bake at 400 for 12-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Serve with broiled Brussels sprouts, or other steamed or roasted veggies.
