Place the salmon fillet on top of a sheet of parchment paper in a baking dish. Season with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wrap the salmon up in the parchment paper, stapling the folds at either side to seal them closed. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish). Serve with steamed asparagus, or other steamed or roasted vegetable.
