- 120 grams salmon fillet (2 PRO)
- 30 grams fresh lemon juice (3 CHO)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the salmon fillet on top of a sheet of parchment paper in a baking dish. Season with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Wrap the salmon up in the parchment paper, stapling the folds at either side to seal them closed. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish). Serve with steamed asparagus, or other steamed or roasted vegetable.
