- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour or arrowroot powder
- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add coconut milk and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Mix tapioca or arrowroot and water together in a small bowl. Add mixture to coconut milk and slowly thicken, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve over roasted fish, chicken, or favorite vegetables.
