Instructions
  1. Cut up avocado, tomato and onion and place in a bowl.
  2. Add parsley, sea salt, and lemon. Mix up well.
  3. Serve of turkey, chicken, beef or protein of choice.

Idea: Divide portion in half and store the rest for breakfast tomorrow.
