- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice the ends off the zucchinis.
- Use a vegetable peeler to shave off strips of zucchini into a bowl. It's easier than you think it'll be.
- Drizzle a tablespoon or two of olive oil onto the zucchini. Toss with fresh ground black pepper.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, layer the zucchini few layers deep. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until the zucchini has lost its crunch.
