Ingredients

, or canadian bacon

green pepper

olive oil

onion
ground fennel seed
, to taste
garlic powder

light salt and black pepper

Instructions
Fry the bacon until crisp and transfer to a paper-towel lined plate. Set aside.
Mince the green pepper. Set aside.
Mince the onion.
Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to a non-stick skillet and saute the onions until translucent. Turn off heat.
Transfer the onions and green peppers to a bowl and mix together. Season to taste.
Line the Kavli Bread with the bacon and top it with the green peppers and onions.
