Ingredients

coconut kefir

blueberries
, fresh or frozen

avocado
, flesh only

chia seeds

drops
liquid stevia

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add water, a few tablespoons at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
