Ingredients

coconut milk
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt

tablespoon
tapioca flour
or arrowroot powder

tablespoon
water
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add coconut milk and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Mix tapioca or arrowroot and water together in a small bowl. Add mixture to coconut milk and slowly thicken, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve over roasted fish, chicken, or favorite vegetables.
