Apple Cinnamon and Chia Seed Granola

Ingredients

steel-cut oats

hemp protein
1/2
cup
ground chia seeds

sunflower seeds

sesame seeds

apple

nutmeg

hemp
, flax or olive oil

molasses

apple juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl, set aside.
In a blender, blend oil, molasses, and apple juice until smooth. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix well.
Spread on a baking try light coated with oil. Bake for 1 hour.
Let cook then break up into small clusters.
