Ingredients

quinoa
1 1/2
cups
water
1/4
teaspoon
salt
optional
Instructions
Rinse the dry quinoa in a fine mesh strainer under warm running water.
Place quinoa, water, and salt in a medium saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer and cook for about 15 minutes or until all water has absorbed.
Remove pan from heat and allow to cool.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
