  1. Rinse the dry quinoa in a fine mesh strainer under warm running water.
  2. Place quinoa, water, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  3. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer and cook for about 15 minutes or until all water has absorbed.
  4. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool.
  5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
