Sugarless and Grain-free Banana Bread
Bananas contain dietary fiber, folate, vitamin C, potassium and manganese. One medium banana contains 22% of the recommended Daily Value for vitamin B6.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine ingredients in medium bowl, and mix until combined.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased bread pan and bake for about 45 minutes, or until center is set and top is golden.
