Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
Directions:
- Heat all ingredients in saucepan to just before boiling (3-5 min)
- Blend mixture in blender (or use immersion blender)
- Enjoy!
