Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

Directions:

  1. Heat all ingredients in saucepan to just before boiling (3-5 min)
  2. Blend mixture in blender (or use immersion blender)
  3. Enjoy!
