Spring Cleaning Detox Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 cups chopped kale leaves (stems and tough rib removed)
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen cubed mango or banana
  • 1 small seedless orange, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: 1-2 drops stevia (optional)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1⁄3 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender;; puree on high speed until blended and smooth. Add the ice cubes;; process until smoothie is thick and smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
