Brandy has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 7 years. She has a strong passion for Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) which led her to work with eating disorder and disordered eating patients. Brandy is also the author of the book The Anti-Diet Workbook.
Brandy works from a trauma-informed model and recognizes that you are the expert on your body. Brandy works alongside you to improve your relationship with your food and body.
Brandy has extensive knowledge in Polyvagal Theory and helps her patients understand and cope with anxiety and distress around food/body.
Brandy also counsels for conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure from a HAES perspective. Brandy will never ask you to lose weight or follow dangerous diets in an attempt to improve your health.
