Throughout my career I have worked alongside individuals in varying stages of readiness to improve their relationship with food and their body. I have a history of supporting those in both residential and partial hospitalization and am confident I can help guide you towards the appropriate level of care for you. I acknowledge the importance of individualized treatment, meeting those where they are at and working towards each individual’s personalized goals. I look forward to getting to know how to best support your unique needs.
I received a Master’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Michigan, and conducted 1200 hours of supervised practice clinically before becoming a Registered Dietitian, now licensed in the State of Washington.
In my free time I am typically eating my way through the restaurants of Seattle, enjoying nature in the mountains by foot or by bike, relaxing near a body of water or hanging with my friends, family and pets. I’m eager to connect!
