Eileen Zayas, MS, CN
I am a Certified Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
My Areas of Focus Include:
- Women’s health (including perimenopause and endometriosis)
- Autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto’s, IBD, Lupus, etc.)
- Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
- Metabolic health (such as pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol)
I believe that each person is unique, and nutrition should be personalized to reflect that. A one-size-fits-all approach rarely leads to lasting results. I focus on small, meaningful changes in habits that support long-term health and well-being. Most importantly, your health is in your hands, and with the right support, you can heal and create a healthier future.
My nutrition journey has been shaped by personal experiences with complex health issues. These challenges prompted me to change careers and dedicate myself to helping others improve their quality of life through functional nutrition.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our dog. I also love weightlifting, dancing to music from the 80s and 90s, and gardening.
