I began my career in clinical care and later moved into private practice in Virginia, where I supported clients with a wide range of nutrition concerns. At Starkel Nutrition, I focus specifically on functional nutrition for aging, metabolic health, and hormonal balance.
I’m trained in interpreting functional labs—including advanced cardiovascular, hormone, and micronutrient testing—and use these insights to guide highly personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols. I approach each case like a puzzle, helping clients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and empowering them to make meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Master’s degree in Dietetics and Health Sciences from The Ohio State University and completed advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, cooking with my family, and spending time outdoors—these moments keep me grounded and remind me why sustainable, joyful health matters.
