Carrot, Beet and, Parsley Juice

A bright and earthy juice to add to any balanced breakfast. Fresh juices are best consumed immediately for the most nutrient benefit and flavor.

Prep time: 8 minutes
Yield: 3-4 servings, ~36 ounces

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds of carrots

  • 1 medium beet

  • 1 bunch of parsley

Directions:

  1. Rinse the carrots, beet and parsley well. Peel the carrots and beet.
  2. Chop ingredients as needed to prepare them for the juicer
  3. Juice all ingredients
