- Autoimmune conditions
- Developing and managing group programs
- Leading the Peri+Menopause Program
I am an avid learner, which has allowed me to dive deeply into exploring the possibilities of helping my clients reach their goals in a sane, healthy, and sustainable way. In the years of being a registered dietitian, I’ve had clients work through goals and then come back years later to focus on different goals. I’m thrilled when a client lets me know of their success and happiness. I am so grateful to be part of their journeys. I now focus on developing programs to reach more than a one-on-one practice could, managing the clinic, and developing the wonderful providers I am lucky to work with.
I have a Master of Science degree (MS) in Whole Foods Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University, where I also completed my dietetic internship, and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) in International Management from Thunderbird Global School of International Management (Arizona State University). I am a member of the American Nutrition Association, and a former member of Entrepreneurs Organization Accelerators (EOA), the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and a former executive board member of the national practice group Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine.
In my former career in international business, I lived and worked in South America and Europe for nearly a decade. My professional background includes the fitness, food, and nutritional supplement industries. Personally, I enjoy hiking, skiing, yoga, meditation, swimming, cooking, and learning about the body.
