Makes 10-12
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup tahini
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds or finely chopped almonds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, ideally finely shredded
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients to form a thick dough.
- Break off pieces of dough and roll into balls, about 1-1 ½ inches in diameter.
- Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
