- Intuitive and mindful eating
Since earning my RD credential in 2020, I have worked with a wide range of clients in a multitude of settings. I began my career as a hospital dietitian in the ICU, before transitioning to working in rehab for TBIs, strokes, and severe injuries. I left the acute care setting to work in private practice so that I could build long-term relationships with clients and help them make meaningful change in their lives. In this setting, I have supported adults of all ages and folks from a diverse range of personal backgrounds. No matter one’s age or identity, I strive to alleviate the stress, shame, and confusion surrounding nutrition and lifestyle for my clients.
I received a Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance with a specialization in Human Nutrition and Wellness from McNeese State University and completed post-graduate training from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. I am a Registered Dietitian, a Washington State Certified Dietitian, and an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.
Outside of my professional practice, I enjoy painting, gardening, hiking, reading, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets (currently we have one dog, one cat, and four chickens with hopes to expand our little menagerie soon).
