- 1 banana
- 3 rounded tablespoons almond meal
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Dash sea salt

Instructions
- Peel the banana and smash it with a fork in a bowl or place the banana in a plastic bag and smush it between your hands.
- Mix all ingredients with the smashed banana and transfer to a mug.
- Microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy!
