Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups green cabbage sliced
- 1 1/2 cups red cabbage sliced
- 1 carrot grated
- 1/2 cup fresh chives chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup almonds or pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas halved (optional)
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Herbamare or sea salt

Instructions
- Using the slicing disc on your food processor, slice the cabbage. Use the grating disc to grate the carrots. Mix vegetables in a large glass bowl. Add the chives and almonds or pumpkin seeds.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the vegetables and toss together. Serve and enjoy!
